Our Service Users are at the centre of everything we do.
Inclusion works in partnership with the people who use our services from the start right through to when they leave our services, stronger, more independent and with hope for a successful future. We are a values-based organisation and consult with our service users about their own treatment journeys, but also to help us inform the direction and new developments of the services they are part of.
We want to understand our service users experiences of their own treatment, their treatment services, the staff they have contact with and how we fare against our aim of being a truly inclusive organisation from beginning to end. We strongly believe that empowering our service users to be involved within their own treatment, engage in their recovery communities and take active roles they are as committed to and in sync with Inclusion’s aims and values.

My worker at Inclusion didn’t give up on me, even when they probably should have, they kept going and it made me see I could have a different life, but more than that, that I was worth it.
